Sam (Sandra) Jenniges, author of Recognition Rebooted, is a culture builder, capability developer and retention strategist. She has endless enthusiasm for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential through her work in Organizational Development and Leadership. She enjoys partnering with clients to develop customized leadership and training programs with insightful dedication to their desired culture. Areas of specialty include recognition, leadership development, culture building, onboarding programs, employee surveys, and customized training programs.

Her career began on a team of organizational development (OD) practitioners, who helped their IT consulting firm differentiate from industry peers through a strong values-based culture. This enabled recruitment of exceptional performers as well as employee and client retention. Career highlights include developing OD and leadership certifications, creating a patent-pending simulation board game used in a major university’s IT curriculum, developing world class onboarding and master’s program, as well as dozens of customized leadership and training programs.

Sam graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA degree in Scientific and Technical Communications, and from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a MS degree in Organizational Development and Leadership.  She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-size firms, universities, and healthcare organizations.
